Why does it seem like Biden and the Democrats screwed their voters, re:stimulus.

Before and immediately after the election, Democrats and Biden were screaming about how another covid relief package has to be passed. How every day a stimulus isn't passed, is another day where countless Americans are suffering.

Now, Democrats control everything, and they've enough bipartisan support to to pass a stimulus. But, they're playing games, pretending that the Republicans have all the power and is stopping them from doing anything. Biden even talking shite about letting the Republicans have a month to put something together, before he and Democrats start putting shite together.

Was trump the only one who genuinely wanted to give covid relief out? Because Biden and Democrats/Republicans are deliberately dragging everything out.
