How does a God-fearing man in good faith reconcile his Christianity with serving in the Army of the Whore of Babylon?
False claim of belief, to improve public perception.
If not, mustard seed faith.

I applaud the good Major for speaking out against this debased agenda and refusing to go along to get along. I wish more officers would do the same.
My question above is purely rhetorical: how have we reached a state of affairs that the Armed Forces of the most militarily powerful nation in the world is acquiescing to such an insane ideology as this? Further to the point, does the military might of the United States serve as a force for good or evil in this world?
I fail to see how anyone can offer an affirmative answer to this rhetorical question. Imagine what the religious minorities who live in Syria (the Alawites, Druze, Yezidis, Zoroastrians, Orthodox Catholics, Maronite Catholics, Roman Catholics, Coptics, Jews, etc...) think of witnessing the United States military being used to oust their secular leader — who though a ruthless authoritarian allows some small degree of religious freedom and religious autonomy for the many religious sects in Syria — and install a fundamentalist Sunni theocracy that will ruthlessly persecute such religious minorities?
That is a form of cultural imperialism and base barbarism. It is long past time for God-fearing supporters of limited government to realize that not only has the citadel been infiltrated, it has been betrayed.
