The blue Nashville and Memphis would be too risky when you consider NOLA and BR being added. Louisiana’s oil, access to the river, and water gets us in over TN.

East TN, north GA, Kentucky, western SC, North Carolina, West Virginia, parts of Virginia, southern Pennsylvania are forming the Appalachian republic when the split happens. We will have nuclear and coal/oil energy, tourism, alcohol, manufacturing, and enough farming to support ourselves.
We will be fine. It’s already been approved.
