everyone will say yes, but its not really. like mentioned, its just the original velicity diet.
1) caloric deficit- check
2) high protein to prevent muscle loss- check
3) low carbs to lose water weight- check
4) sustainable- NO, possible for about 4-6 weeks max if he eats one solid meal a week.
but frick they have extreme obese people that completely fast for a month or more. Sometimes you just have to say frick it and do it and learn to live the lifestyle after you get the weight off.
