We are in a similar situation, but Sandals told me that we have until 2023 to use our credit. The issue is that we booked our airline tickets through sandals also, and we have to use those by December 2021 or we lose that money. So basically we have to go before the end of the year. They haven’t been very sympathetic to us, despite the significant and unforeseeable new restrictions that were imposed just weeks before our trip.
