At some point they’ll have to improve their basic arse offensive scheme. In 5 playoffs games with the future #1 pick, they scored more than 30 once. And that was only because Higgins and Ross made circus catches all night

Ross made 1. The rest were money. Your narrative is garbage.

This is absolutely true and something Clemson fans have been clamoring for for a while. Elliott is a nice guy and will likely be a better HC than OC, but the dude’s offense is vanilla as hell. We need new blood and creativity on the offensive staff bad. Venables picks a creative school, meets with their staff, and incorporates new concepts every offseason. Elliott doesn’t do shite.

And I think the D will be good but this won’t be 2018 dominant as the secondary is still eh. The front seven will be awesome, though.

Well, to be fair, he led Clemson to 3 wins in 5 of those games, scoring 40 plus against what, at the time was the greatestBama team and 30 against an undefeated ND team, and 29 and a win against an OSU team that Meyer said was the best in Big 10 history. 2 losses, On the other hand were against the two best teams ever in the history of the sport.
