Been eating what’s stated above in my recent post.
Hamburgers, grilled chicken, broccoli, asparagus, steak, potatoes.
If i don’t meal prep, and go out for lunch from work, i try to find something somewhat beneficial and try to portion it.
My lunches tend to be around 800-1000 calories
