3-4 instead of 4-3

This really limits the candidates. I'd like to see O expand the search rather than just settle for 4-3 guy like Joe Barry.
Denzel Martin is an SEC guy and has done a great job with TJ Watt and Bud Dupree.
Glenn Schumann is a great middle linebacker teacher.
Tosh Lupoi can really recruit and teach the edge position.
Pete Golding is a LA kid and can really coach safeties.

If he settles for Joe Barry, this board should just stay open because we'll be looking for a head coach in November.

Golding i think ran 4-2-5 at UTSA... would be solid.... Saban probably forcing more of a 3-4 scheme at bama

unfortunately, i think O has to have 2 more losing seasons before he gets canned... That or something comes up and he's fired for cause.

Ash and Reaves both run a 4-2-5 base. Ash is now out of a job at Texas and looking.

As a DB coach, but I don't think he's officially taken it yet.
