I found a set of the '03 champs there on a visit to Moscow back in '04. Earlier this year I saw a matrushka of the '07 champs there. There is a park in front of Moscow State University that sells these as well as those of other popular college and pro teams. If you are ever there, it is a wonderful site to visit.

You got that right. I have 5 sets of them...paid < $15 for all but the last one (this past year's team), which I got for $25. Izmailovsky Park is the best place to get them.
I even sent a set from the 2003 team to the coach who shall not be named. Got a short card in return.
