Tell her to go hold an HK vp9 and then have her hold every other pistol. You want to know which one she'll pick everytime? As for recoil its no different than Glock, Fn, S&W, Beretta, etc. They'll all punch the same.

Or have her shoot a bunch of them and then pick the one she is most accurate with.
