Honestly? Really?

Uh Folks, ten days ago an angry mob stormed our nation’s capital at the prompting of a sick and dangerous charlatan who doesn’t want to accept that he lost the election and wants to hold on to power.

I’m sorry, but that’s the kinda stuff that happens in “sh—hole” countries not the United States of America.

Nobody says it’s OK to loot and burn down Target and Autozone...much less a police station. Well, at least no reasonable person does. I’m not a fan of blocking traffic on the interstate, confronting people in restaurants or refusing to serve a customer who I might disagree with politically.
I roll my eyes at those who call looting and riots a “mostly peaceful” protest.

What happened ten days ago wasn’t an out of control “protest”. It wasn’t patriotism. It was an insurrection. It was an attempt to subvert the Constitution. It was an attack on the United States of America. Period.

Some of y’all need to get a huge does of reality.

Trump lost the election. Period. Bob Barr said there was no evidence of massive fraud that would have changed the elections. Republican officials in Georgia confirmed their election was legit. Judges - some appointee by Trump - threw out every single legal challenge. Trumps reason for challenging the election is “many Americans this it was unfair”....and why do they think that???? Uh, cause the dear leader has been saying it for six months.

Trump was on tape asking the Georgia Secretary of State to “find” votes - uh, if there was a recording of ANY other candidate Democrat or Republican calling an election official asking for that any person in their right mind would find it objectionable. Yet....well, Trumpkins are mad that “someone recorded the call.”



There is no massive secret evil communist plot to overthrow the country. I still have the same guns in my house I did when George Bush Sr was president. Clinton and Obama didn’t take them. I can and do pray whenever I want. I wish I didn’t have to pay as much in taxes as I do - but I also like living in a civilized society.

For 200+ years we have had peaceful transition after peaceful transition from one party to the other. Sometimes there was controversy, no doubt, but never what we saw last week.
