Just so we’re clear, Twitter has the least power and the smallest integration into the overall fabric of our lives of all the social media platforms.
90% of their posts come from 10% of their users. If they lost 15% of those 10% with the de-platforming of Trump, they might have lost 20% of their daily posts.
Their value is in the future of the platform. Signaling that they don’t want a third of their users isn’t a long-term viable option.
If you have a couple hours and haven’t done so, watch him and Vijaya lie their way through three hours with Joe Rogan and Tim Poole.
