Two of those are skating rinks.
I wonder if one of those two is the infamous rink the city couldn’t fix for years then, when they handed it over to Trump, he found a Canadian company which fixed it almost immediately for him for a fraction of what the city blew trying to do it.

That was Wollman Rink.
