At first I thought no.

But if defenses went all Greg Williams and played 0 coverage every single snap, they would be able to send an untouched player at the QB every single dropback.

I don't see how that offense would really be able to do much of anything if a defense did that. Plus the QB would get hit every single dropback, and hit hard.
