I couldn't tell if that's just her metabolism or if she is starving herself. I've known folks that skinny, and some even into their 40s still look like that and can eat anything while others you swear they're going to die from trying to be that thin.

She lost weight for this movie, yes. The pictures taken of her the last few years present a pretty normal skinny. Her pregnancy photos look like a healthy pregnant.
