That is understandable. If he believes the Texans don’t give a shite about winning I get it. If he wants to try and hold them hostage to hand pick the coach then he is part of the toxic environment.

The chain of events I see are that Watson got upset because Chiefs’ OC didn’t get an interview and the guy who got the job wasn’t even on the lists of finalists made public.
AFAIK, the only promises were that his choice would get an interview ans that he would get to weigh in on the choice. Still McNair’s final decision but refusing to even give lip service to Watson after promising it was fricking stupid.
