Was kinda thinking maybe Yellowstone.
We went to Rocky Mt. NP, Yellowstone & just drove through Grand Teton NP in Aug 2019. First time and wish we had gone years ago and would very much like to go back.

Some people prefer GTNP to YS but based on my limited experience that would seem to depend on what you like to do. You can see a lot in YS by driving and a little walking. Someone posted some great pictures on the TB of GTNP but they had hiked long distances. You can spend time in both during a week.

Awesome. Thanks for the suggestions. Last year when covid crapped on the alaskan cruise we kept our flight to Seattle and visited Olympic national park, mt rainier NP, and North cascades. We did some white water rafting on the sauk River near north cascades NP. was a very nice trip. We love the mountains and good scenery. I decided to try and venture out more on these trips after decades of Florida panhandle visits.

We're talking about flying into Jackson wy and spending a day rafting snake river and check out grand teton national park. After that we could drive up to Yellowstone and spend a couple days there checking out the park. Thought we'd finish up with a longish drive (6 ish hours) up to glacier national park to spend 2-3ish days and fly back out of kalispell mt. Seems like a lot in a week but would cover some pretty sweet parks with lots of sights. You think this is doable?
