Agree to disagree
I think Watson is actually improving instead of regressing or remaining static.
I, unfortunately have watched the majority of Texans games this year, and he’s getting better, and it’s noticeable from year to year.

We’ll just have to disagree then. I’ve said before i don’t think he is the problem from a talent perspective, but paying him $40 million and expecting him to be a Hall of Fame level quarterback isn’t a solution and arguably makes him into a problem.
And lol at the person who said he has one of the worst lines. They are bottom 3 in running blocking, but middle of the pack in pass blocking. He actually arguably benefitted more than any other passer from play action and pro passes this past season, even more so than Tannehill (by a every small margin.
A healthy portion of his sacks are self-inflicted because of indecisiveness. I understand you want to make a big play but sometimes you just have to take off and get that 5 yard run or throw it away and on to the next play.
One of worst things that’s come out of the prevalence of fantasy football is that’s warped people’s perception of what constitutes a great player, particularly at QB. Everyone is so enamored with what their numbers are but pay little to no attention to how they or why they got them.
Watson, Cousins, and Carr were all in the top 10 for Passer ratings this season. Do you really believe that Watson is better than Mahomes, Allen, and Tannehill? Do you really believe Cousins is better than Brady? Do you really believe Carr is than Lamar, Stafford, or even Herbert?
