Thanks everyone for the input! Looking forward to a quick getaway before the new year gets rolling.
Down to JW or The Saint. Trying to decide which one has the best chance for upgrades.
We're not looking for any specific art, just something that catches our eye. Budget is likely determined by alcohol consumption lol.

The JW has 2 story 2 bedroom suites. Not that you need 2 bedrooms, but they probably have more suite options than most hotels.

We were upgraded to the St. Christopher Suite at The Saint. That was a pretty cool place.

Might be different during COVID but the NOLA JW will usually only upgrade you to a larger corner room. I did get a text once that they had upgraded me to the two bed suite. Got on site and they had given it away. Titanium status.
