And of course it's sold out like everything else.
Improvements over G3 version:
2MP -> 4MP
Outdoor rated
Smart detections
$29 -> $99
Supposedly the G4 Flex isn't far behind, and I really hope they price it around $100 as well. None of this really matters though if they can't keep anything in stock. I know the whole world has problems right now but UI seems especially bad.

I hate to say it, but $30 is too cheap for what the g3 instant was. I felt like it was an interest-gauge product where they found there was interest.
$100 for the g4 sensor (assuming it’s the same as the doorbell) is money well spent, if it’s ever available again.

CORRECTION: G4 INSTANT DOES NOT DO SMART DETECTION

Way to go, Ubiquiti. Create a product line with a label (G4) that means smart detection, then put out a G4 camera that can't do it. I guess they can get away with it in EA, but if they move it to GA as-is at the same price, I might be done with UI.
