I've often wondered if roster sizes should be capped based on the class you are in.

STM has 131 players on roster according to max preps.

DLS has 68.

Curtis has 95 players

Catholic has 57.

St. Aug has 77.

not roster sizes... and don't go by max preps.. catholic has way way more than 57. but even a sliding scale based off of players/per enrollment size is flawed because some small town schools have very high participation.

STM has that many players because they don't have to try out; everyone who wants to can join. Many of those are kids who will never see the field, including students in Options (the program for kids with special needs).
