Swing help

Very novice golfer here. My divot is angled left of my target as I am coming outside in.
Are there any good drills to help promote finishing outside more to straighten out my swing path?

Possible “coming over the top.”
It feels powerful, but the club is moving out from you instead of down from the top.
Back, up, down, forward is the sequence to work on.
I come over the top sometimes.
Get an orange whip.

I see these but how do they work?

Guessing you’re right handed. Hit half shots with just right arm. Focus on right elbow to hip at impact. Just little chip half shots.

IF you “come over the top” the weight really throws you off balance.
Another drill is drop back foot away from the ball a foot and swing.
Also swing with feet together prevents swaying.

Do you normally push slice? Because back in the day I was having the exact same issue and I realized it had more to do with my swing plane than anything else.
I watched this short Hank Haney video LINK and did this over and over again at the range. Now, I make this little quick drill part of my warmup to get my swing thoughts and body in the right place before I being my round. It won’t fix everything, but it will get your divots straightened out and help your consistency

At the range, setup to the ball like you normally do. Then place another object (another ball, or water bottle, headcover, etc) slightly above and to the right of the ball you’re trying to hit. If you swing outside-in then you’ll hit the object before the ball. By avoiding the object during your swing, you are zeroing out your swing path. You may want to start by placing the object further away from the ball then moving it closer in as you get better at this drill.

Be careful. Divots don't always tell the tale of face, path and angle of attack. Possibly find a swing instructor.

Better shoulder turn on backswing
Honestly, it could be a million things that everyone on here could name but unless you go see someone, it will be difficult to diagnose and cure
