BR isn't a bridge problem, its a glow problem once exiting the east side of bridge.
Its so simple...do whatever it takes for traffic to go straight coming off bridge if they have no intention of stopping in BR.
It can meet back up at the 10/12 split
Problem solved
Simply adding another lane isn't going to even put a dent into it. And furthermore, adding a lane isn't going to do shite if there's an accident further down the road. And that isn't exactly an "if" as much as it is a several times a week occurrence.
Not to say that they don't need to add another lane. They absolutely do. But a new bridge needs to be built as well. It's not just a wish item. It's a necessity.
