Should just add on to the existing bridge like the Williamsburg Bridge

Create more lanes on each side of the existing structure. With reinforcement of course.

Or they pretty much totally redid the Huey P you almost can't recognize it from before.

What are they going to do add a second span like the GNO, that bridge has traffic, but nothing like the new bridge in Baton rouge or the GNO.

The new bridge will be much lower. I believe only 30-40 feet over the water instead of 90.
