Coach O cleaned up Les Miles’s mess when he was hired. Les took a Lamborghini that Saban left him here and crashed it into a ditch.

I've heard a couple stories about Les from at least 2 different sources close to his football office that he wasn't all that he's cracked up to be personality wise either. If you think O taking a picture with a 35 year old was inappropriate, just be glad Les' skeletons never came out in public
