#Saints QB Drew Brees, progressing well in his rehab from a lung puncture & fractured ribs, won’t practice much, if at all, today, I’m told. He’s eligible to come off IR now. They could ramp him up Thursday to see how he feels, but a more realistic target to play has been W15.

As it should be. There is no reason to bring him back versus the Eagles, a game where we should be running the ball and we are playing a rookie QB.

We might need to start considering the fact we only have a 5 day week between KC and Vikings. We might continue to hold him out until Vikings with a short week.
GB has the potential to drop 1 more game between Carolina with CMC back and Titans.

Ideally, if gb drops one more game you hold him out vs KC. That could be a preview of the SB and giving them less film is always good.

well then you're hoping the Lions beat them this Sunday
now... that game is in Detroit and the Lions players are apparently glad Matt Patricia is gone and actually kinda like the interim HC... so this could be a feisty game
but that's still asking a lot for the Packers to lose to the Lions
ETA: I know the Packers week 15 game vs. Carolina is on Saturday night... but by that point the game prep is all done and I imagine the team wouldn't want to be making drastic changes to the game plan like that post-practice time if they can help it.

Cant wait for the endless check downs and sub 10 yard throws.
