I don't think I can live without this for another day.
So I did live without it for another day, many days in fact. I did get one last year though and thought I'd bump to report my first notification and to check on everyone else.

I got an alert about a potential leak the other day, so I hurried home to check on it. Turns out my wife left the tub faucet trickling because we have a cat that likes to sit in there and play with it and drink from it. She normally just lets it run while she's getting ready in the morning, but she forgot to turn it off.

Anyway, false alarm but at least I know it works pretty well. If it were an actual leak that could cause damage, it would have been the difference between a 10 gallon mess and a 100 gallon mess. For $200 I don't think you can beat that peace of mind.
