What power does the president have over
the states to mandate its citizens wear an article of clothing? Are we going to have a national hat week when the sun's UV rays get too strong? Skin cancer and all.

I suppose we’ll soon find out. I know withholding of federal dollars has been a tactic for the feds to influence it’s will on state governments
