Tried the new Beausoleil last night and it was fantastic. Cocktails were decent - nothing wildly out of the ordinary but were strong and good.
Raw oysters of the night were petite and almost sweet. I think from the west coast but I forget which style. I was told a hybrid of west coast and Japanese as far as flavor.
Oyster shooters are actual tequila shots. Beware
Frito Misto was the best dish of the night. It was shrimp, calamari, and fish. The sauce underneath was phenomenal.
Apologies things get very blurry. Blame the wine.
Sea-cuterie board was very solid.
Blue crab claws with Calabrian pepper, kimchi slaw, and blood orange oil. The sauce on the side was black uni butter and we almost just spooned it out
Very blurry sea-cuterie board
Very blurry but this is the “LOBSTER SAINT-DOMINGUE
Butter-poached lobster, herb and goat cheese spread, confit tomato petals, apple + pear relish, saffron crackers”

For service. - place was packed so we sat at the bar at the last 2 stools available. You can order from the guys at the seafood bar OR management basically waits on the bar patrons. Happens that a friend is a manager so had no issue there but the folks next to us were also ordering from managers.

Looks awesome and I’m looking forward to going back.
That “seacuterie” board is legit and my wife received it as her first course to our New Year’s Eve meal due to an oyster allergy. I had a small oyster.
