As far as the textured, I know my local body shop does it (they are just on vacation so I was trying to see what a rough estimate of pricing would be in the meantime) and I have seen beaucoup threads on f150forum of body shop guys doing it, you apparently just have to sand it down and have the right chemicals to allow the paint to stick. I didn't have textured on it, it has a chrome package but it was a used truck and so I'm trying to get rid of the chrome. The bumpershellz are paint to match though. Its just handles and mirror caps that are textured.
