This seems like a decent estimate but it does look like the arch goes up higher from the road than the road does from the water. There could be some issues with the lens angles making it look that way or maybe varying water levels but the bridge is said to have a clearance of 100'.
From what I understand, the Golden Gate Bridge is 230' so technically the people that survived that would be world record holders if it was allowed to be counted.
eta: one source says there is 100' clearance but others say 72'. If its only 72' then I'd estimate the jump was 160' to 175'. If 100' clearance is correct then that was over 200'.
