Are you kidding? OSU was in the minute they suited up for their first practice.
Y'all seem to forget that the only reason the playoff format went to a committee process instead of keeping the BCS ranking system is to keep the B1G relevant. They're not keeping OSU out now.

Well the projected BCS has nearly exactly mirrored the CFP teams every year, so there's that.
