There was never an arrest for this incident. He was arrested for the violation of the CPO for the elementary school incident.
That was my entire point and you won't admit you're wrong, per usual.

That legal point was argued for weeks on OSU boards. I tend to agree that it was not technically/legally an 'arrest'. But it was certainly the event that precipitated the shitstorm that cost Smith and Meyer their coaching jobs.
Are you still schlepping sugar water on the Eastern Shore?
(And that WASN'T your entire point. It was the only part you got right.)
