Any recs for a griddle to place on top of the grates of a gas grill? I just burn too often with too many flare ups on my Bull grill. Cast iron vs Stainless? Any direction is appreciated.

I bought one at Costco

Was $20-something and works great.

Not sure how high you want to go, but the best piece of steel hands down is the Rocky Mountain Cookware line. They don't have grease traps but it's never been a problem for me.

Before I had the Rocky Mountain, I had a Little Griddle. It worked okay, but not as good as the RM.
