Probably will need a little more bisquick, but not much. They should kinda stick to your hands when rolling, but not feel wet really. The sausage/cheese/bisquick ratio is the biggest thing between good and bad imo.

Agree. The ratio I always used was the classic recipe 3-2-1 (3 cups of bisquik, 2 cups of cheese and one lb. of sausage). Took forever to mix by hand. Worth buying a stand mixer for these alone if you ever made them.

The one you shared was a little greasy. Next time I plan to add a little more bisquik. The cream cheese is what I got excited about. Thanks again.
