Thanks for the heads up. I’m trying to get lit but not sure about the rest of my in laws. Maybe I will keep some Topo Chico on hand to thin it out as needed and give it a lil fizz.

Ended up going with this ratio:
1.75 oz rye
1.25 tsp sugar
4 dashes bitters
Juice of half satsuma
Turned out delicious. Happy Thanksgiving ya filthy animals!!!
