Because latinos get punished by their parents and community for being a piece of shite. blacks look the other way or try to blame someone or something not even involved, they make excuses.

To add to the previous response Hispanics tend to be proud, hard working people. They aren't looking for a handout. I know someone that was a doctor in Cuba and when his med degree and experience didn't come with him to this country worked as a janitor and raised a teacher, a veterinarian and a business owner. RIP tio Raul.
