Muellers is a great building. That’s who built mine and it held up to Laura’s winds.
If your near Lake Charles Angelico Construction does a great job.
If you go to Muellers they’ll give you a list of contractors that install the shell.
50x70 with living can be done for 35-40 a sq ft but it can also be done for $150 a sq ft. It’s not the building that cost the money it’s how you design the interior and what quality you go with.

If I'm doing it, all of the walls will be on 4ft sections. No arches. No crown mouldings. Nothing that I can do after the fact myself.
I'll splurge in the master bath, but honestly I'd rather over engineer and spend less on what you see.
