Pelini isnt getting fired this year. Take your blood pressure meds and calm down. If the defense isnt lights out by the middle of year 3, expect Pelini to be fired at the end.
It's just incredibly hard to teach a new system to a gutted roster suited for a 3-4. You need patience. Until the middle of year 3 comes around, keep sharpening that pitchfork
