Just get the curved retaining wall blocks from Home Depot or whatever and glue them together?

I didn't even "glue" mine together. I just stacked them. don't follow the guidelines of how many it takes to make a circle. It's actually two more than what the manufacturer says. I think mine was called "Arizona Flagstone" from Lowes.
