I would go up to St Francisville.

Kenilworth in BR was the hot spot in the 90’s. We drove through last year, but only a few homes has lights now. The neighborhood is still nice, but folks don’t do Xmas lights like they used to.

Lived in Monticello on the main Blvd from 77 to 94. It was a glorious place during Christmas as a kid in the 80’s.
