Well . . . Jill Biden is a Dr. (sort of). Her doctorate is a liberal arts degree. So, its not like she is some brilliant MENSA scientist or brain surgeon. Heck, I have a sister with degrees like Jill Biden's and she never ceases to amaze me at what an idiot she is. Her life is constant chaos and generally a big mess of her own doing.
