Just getting mad and angry and trying to fire people is absolutely moronic at best. Getting angry and yelling about how everyone should just magically be better and that it's all in the coaches when you have a bunch of inexperienced players learning new schemes and without the proper amount of practice time is just really ridiculous. You guys need to find a way to get a hold of your emotions and be a man and watch with patience while the steam builds up experience and finds the right players for next year's team to be dominating
