re: Louisiana Grown Citrus: Best place and location to purchase?

Since we're on the topic of satsumas, I'd recommend everyone try juicing a couple, and boiling it down with pectin and sugar to make a jellied satsuma topping to go with your thanksgiving turkey this year instead of cranberry sauce. I did it on a whim last year and it came out great.
