Hi,
About Husky models... I have a 455 Rancher. I’ve had it for many years. The main reason that I selected that model was because it has a compression release for easy starting.
I live in the sierras and there are tons of oaks at our elevation. My 455 ALWAYS fires right up & has the hp (3 1/2) to cut oak all day long.
When you start and stop the saw 20 times, believe me, the compression release makes a huge difference!
