Proper is within city limits. Metropolitan area includes surrounding suburbs. Prairieville would be metropolitan area.
And why Ascension Parish allowed 73 between Airline and I-10 to be under construction for 4 years just to add a center turn lane is beyond me. Not a lot of forward thinking there.
