I did with generic sorry you weren’t satisfied. If I put a longer explainer, he’ll revise the review to say I was rude.

Rude or not, you may want to let potential readers know you declined him not to be a dick but because he wanted you to do something illegal.

Make the apology public. If you have a good reputation, one bad egg will not spoil your overall ratings. Make one more attempt and then move on.

Only saving grace is if you click through, it’s obvious based on other reviews he’s trashy/a Ken.
