We're leaving next Wed and much of the mountain is still closed. I'm hoping for some heavy snow between now and then. Ajax looks better for skiing right now.
I think restaurants will be what you make of them. It seems most places are open to some capacity. We'll try to eat at non-peak hours and make reservations if possible (you will have to give your credit card number to hold a reservation). Sounds like restaurants on the mountain will have to-go food with outdoor seating areas.
