C'mon dude you know the answer to that. He's white. That's the issue here and that's what most people have on their mind. When is the last time LSU had a white DB that turned out great? Been a long time. DB is typically one of your most athletic positions on the team.
Not saying he lacks athleticism but that's probably the thought process on the mind. Yeah, it's definitely racist but it has some fact behind it. Generally speaking, blacks are more athletic. Name 10 great white DBs in the NFL the past decade. On a case-by-case basis no doubt they have plenty of athletic white dudes and this might be one of them. People are going to naturally question it considering his rating, offers, and his skin color. yes, it's bigoted but what do you expect from LA?
Not questioning it btw, just telling you what people think. we all know it's true. I'll take it. we need help bad.
