WOW...

Good news is that you can bet the local TV will now come out and do a positive story on the restaurant and owner.

Bad news is you can bet some lib tard kid is gonna sneak out at night and spray paint the place.

Too much for me to say on this tablet... These are simple war trophies.. Shoulders, marines and sailors have bringing home war trophy souvineers since the beginning of time. WWII Cartoonist Bill Mauldin has plenty of cartoons about souvineers and soldiers.

I enjoy collecting this stuff. I have a complete room that is a total museum. And I am glad that I do since I am seeing people of the USA destroy all history before my very own eyes..

The US Army had capture papers signed officers that allowed soldiers the ability to get items home, such as captured lugers. Those items bring way more value.

Quickly... I have also signed pieces such as a Christmas day menu... One of the things that I enjoy most is pieces that have an address from back then, such as 123 W. Main St. Anytown USA... I love to Google map the address and see the place where that person lived.. But sometimes in places like Brooklyn, that person's home was torn down to be replaced by a Wal-Mart.

But regarding today as an example... I picked up some letter from a Navy Seabed and his wife... They wrote each other daily and I got a bunch oh them. They are from my home state... I thought I would give them to the family if I could find them... I did.. and the family told me to enjoy them... The family was the one who sold them to the person I purchased them from...

But I truly enjoy them..I'll share one day...

I have a picture somewhere of my WWII Museum on here. I will see if I can link it.

Just this week I picked the US Model 42 field desk. I now have all three field desks used by the US Military in WWII..

I want to keep talking about this stuff.. but I want to stop to say Thank You to all service members past and present. Thanks to you I have the freedom that I do today... And to live in this great nation.

I hurts to see kids today... no respect and no appreciation for what they have... But as they say, "You don't miss your water until the well runs dry."

I worry about our nation..

Maybe later I may share my most interesting piece that I have if anyone really is interested.

Btw...

That's not a flag... it's a podium banner used in all places back then, schools, courtrooms, offices etc...

Any place with a podium..

Just fyi...
